Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ke9999 website accessible at https://ke9999.pro and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of a Player's real-money funds held in their Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts awarded under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of the Platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 To register an Account on ke9999, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. ke9999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close accounts pending age verification.

2.2 Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created using different names, email addresses, or payment methods for the same individual — are strictly prohibited. ke9999 reserves the right to close any duplicate account and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with it.

2.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. ke9999 may suspend an account if registration information is found to be false, outdated, or incomplete.

2.4 ke9999 accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not register an account on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 ke9999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with anti-money laundering best practices. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be required to provide documentation at any other time at ke9999's discretion.

3.2 Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial services statement showing your registered address.

3.3 ke9999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the time period specified by ke9999 support may be suspended pending document submission.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All financial transactions on the ke9999 Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ke9999 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

4.2 Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.3 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the ke9999 Cashier section at the time of transaction. ke9999 reserves the right to amend these minimums at any time.

4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account/wallet used to make the corresponding deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any excess winnings beyond the deposited amount may be withdrawn via an alternative approved method subject to KYC clearance.

4.5 ke9999 targets withdrawal processing times of under 60 minutes for fully verified accounts transacting via bKash or Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be up to 3 business days. ke9999 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.6 ke9999 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any withdrawal request before processing, including but not limited to transaction history review, identity re-verification, and source-of-funds checks. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of such checks.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 ke9999 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the relevant offer terms.

5.3 Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are distinct from your real-money Balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn; only winnings produced after satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any additional conditions specified in the offer terms.

5.4 ke9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Suspected abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated play, or low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in disqualification from the offer and may result in account closure.

5.5 Bonuses and promotional offers are available to players aged 21 and above, subject to the eligibility criteria stated in each offer. ke9999 may at its sole discretion exclude any player from participating in any specific promotion.

Game Rules & Betting

6.1 All casino games available on the ke9999 Platform are provided by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is subject to the rules of that game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail for that game.

6.2 ke9999 and its game studio partners use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. ke9999 does not interfere with game outcomes in any way. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term figures and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session or game round.

6.3 Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), are subject to settlement rules published within the Sports section of the Platform. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or settled under disputed circumstances, ke9999 reserves the right to apply its void and settlement rules as published.

6.4 Technical malfunctions during any game or betting session void all related plays and wagers. ke9999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's end, device failures, or third-party platform outages.

Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ke9999 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or tournament.
• Fraud, including the use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering, or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal, convert, or transfer proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or providing false registration information.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers such an error must notify ke9999 support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ke9999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 ke9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; suspected underage gambling; or at ke9999's sole discretion where it determines continued operation of the account is not in the interests of the Platform or its other users.

8.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting ke9999 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance.

8.3 Where an Account is closed by ke9999 due to a breach of these Terms, ke9999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

9.1 ke9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform provides players with a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible at any time from within their Account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.

9.2 Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period has been activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified period has elapsed. Limitation of Liability

12.2 ke9999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by Platform downtime, technical errors, or unavailability of specific games or features.

12.3 ke9999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Amendments to These Terms

13.1 ke9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ke9999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date.

13.2 Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, you must submit a formal complaint to ke9999 support within 30 days of the event in question. ke9999 will investigate the complaint and provide a written response within 14 business days. ke9999's decision on complaints is final subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

14.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ke9999 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ke9999's internal complaints process shall be referred to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
